The Ponds on Alexander is a vibrant multi-family community completed in 2024, located alongside the scenic Delta Ponds wetlands. Designed by 2FORM Architecture, the development features 186 thoughtfully laid-out residences across four four-story buildings, anchored by a welcoming two-story clubhouse that brings residents together and serves as the social heart of the community.
From the earliest design decisions, the project focused on maximizing the site’s potential while creating a lasting community. Buildings are carefully arranged to preserve open space, frame natural views, and maintain a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. Flexible floor plans ranging from studios to three-bedroom units deliver maximum rentable area and construction economy.
Amenities were designed to enhance both lifestyle and value. A fitness center, game room, yoga studio, pool, outdoor gathering space and EV charging stations cater to diverse lifestyles and hobbies, while modern finishes, private patios, and distinctive architectural touches create a place people are proud to call home.
