THURSDAY PINUPS
At 4:30 pm on Thursdays we gather in the front of the office for a group pinup/critique. We typically focus on one project, and casually discuss design challenges and brainstorm solutions over refreshments.

PRODUCT/MATERIALS RESEARCH
Once every couple of months we do a product research session, where each of us presents a new material or product that we have researched. This keeps us informed of the ever-changing palette of construction materials and technologies.

LUNCH & LEARN
After attending an informative conference or visiting an architecturally significant location, a member of the team will host a lunch and learn to present images or key info from their experience.
